I have had the honor of meeting the author once before. He trully practices what he preaches. He is in incredible shape, and exercises daily. He really does only eat fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. During our meeting he ate 10 fresh oranges. I had 2.

This is an easy read and should be mandatory for all med students. The one thing they do not teach in med school is nutrcion.
